Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Three Year Old Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for toddlers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster early childhood development, support social-emotional growth, and lay a strong foundation for future learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical activity, and social skills for three-year-olds. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive interactions among children. Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management techniques to support children's emotional regulation and social development. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school connections. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Incorporate early intervention strategies to support children with additional developmental needs or learning challenges. Lead activities that promote physical education, fine motor skills, and cognitive growth aligned with childhood development standards. Skills Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings, particularly with toddlers aged three years old. Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention methods, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical activities suitable for young learners. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR certification. Experience teaching physical education or movement-based activities tailored for preschool-aged children. Demonstrated ability to create inclusive classrooms that support diverse learning needs and promote positive behavior. Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
