Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical activities suitable for young learners. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR certification. Experience teaching physical education or movement-based activities tailored for preschool-aged children. Demonstrated ability to create inclusive classrooms that support diverse learning needs and promote positive behavior.
