Desired Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with adaptive curriculum and individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong understanding of evidence-based strategies for students with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities Familiarity with progress monitoring, data collection, and differentiated instruction Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with families, general education teachers, therapy staff, and support personnel Commitment to positive behavior support and advocacy for student needs
Key Responsibilities:
