Lead/Master Teacher:
We're looking for enthusiastic educators, like YOU , who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be leading classrooms, guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You'll also plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

You:
Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting your employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus! Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
