Part-Time Programming Teacher (Python, JavaScript & Java) About Us LT Learning Academy is dedicated to helping students build strong academic and technology skills through engaging, high-quality instruction. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Programming Teacher to join our growing team. Position We are seeking a Part-Time Programming Teacher to teach Python, JavaScript, and Java to elementary, middle, and high school students. The ideal candidate has previous programming teaching or tutoring experience , strong coding skills, and enjoys helping students learn through hands-on exercises and projects. Responsibilities Teach programming classes in Python, JavaScript, and Java Teach students from beginner to intermediate/advanced levels based on experience Explain programming concepts clearly and help students develop strong coding fundamentals Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and projects Help students develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and debugging skills Assign classwork and homework when appropriate Track student progress and provide feedback Maintain a supportive and engaging classroom environment Qualifications Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and Java Previous programming teaching or tutoring experience required Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred Bachelor's degree or current college student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including variables, loops, functions, arrays/lists, object-oriented programming, and debugging Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and student-friendly way Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching Authorized to work in the United States Work Location In-person at our classroom in Johns Creek, GA . Candidates must be able to teach on-site.
