Qualifications:
Valid TVI (Teacher for the Visually Impaired) certification in Georgia Experience teaching visually impaired students, preferably in an elementary setting Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for visual needs
Responsibilities:
Provide direct, in-person instruction to a single elementary-aged student with visual impairment Adapt curriculum and resources to meet students specialized learning requirements Collaborate with general education staff and family to ensure continuity of services Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary
