Job Description

Toddler Teacher Job Overview We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide loving, attentive care for children ages 1-3 years.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom that meets all state licensing requirements.
  • Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate professionally with families regarding their child's daily activities and progress.
  • Complete daily documentation, including meals, diapering, potty training, naps, and classroom activities.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administration.
  • Follow all company policies and Georgia Bright from the Start regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required (additional early childhood education is a plus).
  • Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
  • Must pass all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained upon hire.
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
