Key Qualifications & Certifications:

Must hold a valid Georgia TVI credential/certification Experience supporting visually impaired elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication and advocacy skills Ability to develop and implement individualized educational strategies

Role Responsibilities:

Provide tailored in-person instruction and support to one elementary student with visual impairment Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and family members to ensure comprehensive educational planning and execution Develop resources and modify curriculum to meet the specific needs of the student Track and report student progress, setting and adjusting goals as needed Stay current with best practices in visual impairment education
