Co-Directors are present and engaged in the daily operations to foster a warm and welcoming work environment. Our goal is to make everyone feel valued and appreciated while creating a positive and productive learning environment. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Age Assistant to join our team! As a School Age Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey.   • 11:00-5:45 Wed
  • 8:00-5:45 Th-7:30-5:45
Responsibilities:
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Adhere to all licensing regulations and safety guidelines
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
