Mild Intervention covering appropriate grades Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students. Knowledge of instructional design and highly interactive or innovative instructional methods. Deep knowledge of instructional best practices. Knowledge of Indiana academic standards. Special Education guidelines and regulations. Knowledge of IIEP Knowledge of completing an Individualized Education Plan.
