Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education Teaching certification (or eligibility) Experience working with preschool students or students with moderate learning disabilities is preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver tailored instruction for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate records and track educational goals Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning styles Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as needed
