Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Learning Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire a love of learning and foster essential developmental skills. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, manage a dynamic classroom environment, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental stages of preschool and toddler-aged children, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods when applicable. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being. Support children's individual needs through early intervention techniques and special education accommodations when necessary. Conduct ongoing assessments of child development progress using standardized testing methods and observational techniques to inform instruction. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and foster strong home-school connections. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards to ensure a secure environment for all children. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in classroom settings, daycare centers, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management best practices in early childhood education. Experience with preschool teaching methods such as Montessori or other child-centered approaches is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws and uphold child safety standards at all times. Prior experience with standardized testing, tutoring in literacy or math, and teaching physical education is advantageous.
