Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each students IEP and unique learning needs Assess student progress and adjust strategies for optimal achievement Maintain records, document progress, and comply with all special education requirements Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and support personnel to ensure student growth Participate in meetings, professional development, and school community activities
