The ideal candidate will have Tier 3 or Tier 4 ABS licensure and experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in a school-based environment. Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities. Develop and implement instruction aligned with student IEP goals. Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional development. Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet individual student needs. Implement accommodations, modifications, and appropriate behavioral strategies. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and related service providers. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning. Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with families and school staff. Qualifications Tier 3 or Tier 4 ABS licensure required. Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred. Experience with behavioral and specialized instructional strategies preferred. Strong classroom-management and communication skills. Ability to work full-time in an in-person school setting. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
