Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Prior experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly desirable Familiarity with supporting elementary and/or middle school students (K-8 caseload) Ability to assist with classroom management and individualized instruction Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Professionalism and the ability to quickly adapt to new routines

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers with instructional needs and student engagement Provide direct assistance to students, both individually and in small groups Facilitate a positive, inclusive learning environment Monitor and record student progress as directed Assist with behavior management and reinforce positive behaviors Contribute to a team-oriented support system, collaborating with staff and faculty
