Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience planning and implementing IEPs Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles Positive, solution-oriented approach to classroom challenges Previous experience in a school setting (preferred, not required)

Key Responsibilities:
