Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula Lead daily classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring engaging lessons that cater to toddlers and preschool-aged children. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies, fostering a respectful and cooperative environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and promote consistent learning experiences at home and school. Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive participation and growth for all students. Maintain accurate documentation of developmental milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform instruction. Oversee classroom organization, safety protocols, and childcare routines to ensure a secure and nurturing setting aligned with child welfare standards. Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or early intervention programs. Knowledge of childhood development principles Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with daycare regulations, and childcare best practices is preferred. Previous experience in toddler care or preschool environments will be highly valued for this role.
