CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and completion of an approved teacher preparation program. New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TSD) endorsement plus appropriate initial certification. Strong knowledge of IEP development, instructional strategies, and behavior management.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with disabilities based on IEP goals. Develop and adapt lesson plans aligned with state standards and student needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents. Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with NJDOE requirements.
