We are seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to join a dedicated team serving elementary, middle, or high school caseloads. With several contract positions available, you'll have the opportunity to empower students across Cadence and Nellis campuses, tailoring your expertise to the age group that best matches your skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for Nevada licensure) Proven experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies for diverse learners Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, staff, and administrators Ability to adapt quickly and manage a flexible caseload Passion for fostering individual growth and supporting inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Provide direct instruction, intervention, and behavioral support to students with autism Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, and specialists to deliver coordinated care Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress monitoring for compliance and reporting Engage positively with families and community stakeholders to enhance student learning Create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment that encourages social and academic achievement This position offers the chance to make a tangible difference in students' lives while working alongside mission-driven educators.
