This contract position offers a unique opportunity to co-teach and provide targeted resource support in English Language Arts for students primarily in 7th and 9th grades. Qualifications and Experience:

Valid New York State Educator License with Special Education Endorsement At least two years of recent teaching experience preferred Proficiency in writing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), as well as experience working within a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with ClearTrack for IEP and Progress Monitoring and the Woodcock-Johnson evaluation tools (Riverside Insights) is highly desirable Strong organizational skills and ability to manage both resource room and co-teaching responsibilities for grades 7-12
