We have three full-time contract openings: one at the elementary level and two at middle school, all within a supportive learning environment near Blair, OK. Each classroom features paraprofessional assistance, and you'll work primarily with mild caseloads, allowing you to focus on each students unique growth and development.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience (or strong readiness) working with elementary or middle school students Skilled in adapting instruction for diverse learning needs Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, general educators, and support staff Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassion, patience, and a passion for fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom atmosphere Adjust instructional strategies and materials to meet individual goals Collaborate with paraprofessionals to maximize student engagement and independence Partner with parents, related service providers, and school professionals to support students Track progress and maintain clear, consistent documentation Enjoy the chance to build strong relationships with your students as you guide them toward academic and social growth.
