This contract position centers around case management responsibilities for a caseload of 35 students, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for student success.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification in Oregon Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher and case manager In-depth knowledge of IEP development and implementation Ability to efficiently organize, monitor, and manage multiple case requirements Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms for instruction and communication Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal abilities for collaborating with families, educators, and support staff
Your Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of 35 students, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs Schedule and prepare for IEP meetings, collaborating with all stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation and monitor timelines for IEPs, reevaluations, and other processes Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and service providers to support student progress Stay current with best practices in special education and remote instruction This remote position supports your work-life balance and allows you to contribute meaningfully from anywhere in Oregon.
