Start your journey in September 2026 and continue through late June 2027, working a full-time, 37.5-hour workweek. As a Special Education Teacher, youll play a pivotal role in specialized programs, with assignments tailored to your experience and interest. Whether you have a passion for working with elementary developmental classrooms or thrive in behavior-focused programs, your skills will help foster student growth and success.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience in K-12 special education environments preferred Confidence with a variety of needs: behavioral, developmental, and academic Flexible, collaborative nature and strong communication skills Ability to thrive in onsite, team-oriented settings Willingness to provide references from your 3 most recent supervisors, including name, title, and email (required for consideration)
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with instructional assistants and multidisciplinary teams Create an inclusive, safe, and structured classroom environment Employ evidence-based practices supporting students with diverse abilities Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as necessary Step into an environment where your work truly matters.
