Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Teacher Assistant Certification Previous experience in an educational or support role preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Compassion, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans and support classroom activities Provide direct assistance to students, both individually and in small groups Help manage classroom behavior and reinforce positive social interactions Adapt instructional materials under the guidance of the lead teacher Monitor student progress and document observations Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
