Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active teaching credential with a Special Education endorsement Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred) Previous experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting Knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and students Adaptability and creativity in managing diverse learning needs Familiarity with current educational technology and best practices
