Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and social interaction. Manage daily classroom activities, behavior management strategies, and routines to promote positive behavior and emotional well-being. Assess children's developmental progress through observations, standardized testing, and documentation to tailor instruction effectively. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and child development milestones. Qualifications Prior classroom experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is a plus. knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate math, physical education, childcare practices, and social-emotional learning.
