Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and child development milestones. Qualifications Prior classroom experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is a plus. knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate math, physical education, childcare practices, and social-emotional learning.
