This contract opportunity offers the chance to help shape young learners academic and social development while working in a collaborative environment near Sevierville, TN. As a valued educator, you will work full-time40 hours per week, Monday through Fridayserving a manageable caseload of about 23 students. Your day-to-day will involve designing individualized lesson plans, adapting curriculum, implementing IEPs, and closely tracking student progress. Collaboration with families and support staff is key to empowering each students growth and success.

Qualifications:

Valid 461 TN SPED License required Experience working with 3rd through 8th graders preferred Ability to create and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication skills for engaging students, families, and colleagues Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation Adaptability and a positive approach to supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:
