Familiarity with both inclusion and pull-out instructional models, ensuring that students receive the appropriate support and accommodations. Strong record of collaborating with general education teachers to foster a cohesive, inclusive classroom environment. Skilled in using data to drive instruction and track progress effectively. Experience consulting and communicating regularly with families to enhance student outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction and interventions in accordance with IEP goals. Conduct ongoing assessments and utilize data to inform instructional decisions and document student progress.
