Qualifications:

Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification required Previous experience in special education (preferred) Familiarity with Inclusion or Life Skills classroom environments Ability to manage and organize caseloads efficiently Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction to meet IEP goals for students in either elementary or high school caseloads Foster a positive learning atmosphere for students with diverse needs Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and IEP compliance Collaborate closely with other educators, parents, and support staff Actively participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development

Position Details:

Contract runs from August 12th, 2026, through May 27th, 2027

Full-time:

3537.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Direct support for Inclusion or Life Skills programs As part of this team, youll enjoy an hourly rate of $40, weekly pay, and highly competitive total compensation.
