Preferred Skills & Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for the grade level Background in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation Experience working with students on the autism spectrum for K-1 Autism role Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a range of abilities Strong classroom management and communication skills Collaborative approach with colleagues, families, and support staff Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:
