Current certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Previous experience working with students who have varying degrees of hearing loss Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) strongly preferred Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, staff, and families Organizational skills to efficiently manage time and multiple assignments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective instruction tailored to students unique learning needs Assess and document student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed Collaborate with classroom teachers, educational teams, and families to support student growth Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners Provide consultation, training, and resources to staff to promote successful learning outcomes Travel between campuses as needed to provide services across multiple schools
