Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification for Vermont or eligibility to obtain Previous experience working in special education environments preferred Ability to adapt to new educational settings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and accommodations Monitor, document, and report student progress regularly Engage in ongoing professional learning and development
