Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current VT Early Childhood Endorsement, or eligibility for a provisional license Demonstrated experience or training as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in early childhood settings Strong understanding of IEP development, goal tracking, and progress reporting Ability to collaborate with staff, therapists, and families across multiple school sites Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work within an itinerant model, traveling to 3-4 sites

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide specialized instruction and support for young children with diverse learning needs Develop and implement individualized education programs in collaboration with teams Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Engage in regular communication with parents and education partners Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed Attend multidisciplinary meetings and share insights to guide student growth This position follows a standard school schedule, running from 8:00am to 3:30pm, with a projected start date of August 20th or later in the semester.
