Job Description

Positive Ally's mission is to promote leadership and life skills in young people through academic reinforcement, organized sports, and extracurricular activities. Our summer camps are filled with fun enrichment programs.

Hours:

Mon, Tue, Thur., Fri

3:20 pm
6:30pm; Wednesday 1:10
6:30pm; approx.

20 hrs. / wk.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist the Program Director to run a licensed, center-based, school age afterschool program. DRIVE to local schools (within a 2-3 mile radius), pick up students and transport them back to Positive Ally Learning Center. You will drive in a company owned vehicle. Conduct extra curriculars (science, visual art, nutrition, etc.), and help students complete their homework. Training will be provided to you. Clean and sanitize the classroom and center daily.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Seeking people who love students, have a pleasing personality, a can-do attitude, and are willing to learn the skills needed for doing this job well. Team Player 2+ years of prior experience teaching elementary school age students a strong plus The right candidates will have the opportunity to become a Program Director in due time. There are a lot of opportunities for growth within the company for the right individuals. Positive Ally has 4 centers in Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, and Snoqualmie and has been in business for 10+ years.
