Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with 5.5-hour shifts, totaling 27.5 hours per week, and work closely with a small caseload of 1-3 students from PreK through second grade. Qualifications & Experience Valid WI Special Education Paraprofessional certification is required Experience working with early childhood or elementary school students, preferably in a special education environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward individualized learning Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families Key Responsibilities Provide instructional, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom and small-group settings Implement teacher-planned activities and modifications tailored to each students needs Monitor student progress and document observations as requested Support daily routines and encourage participation in classroom activities Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment This contract role starts as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, offering a fulfilling way to further your career in education while making an impact every day.
