What Were Looking For:

Possession of a valid special education program aide license, or eligibility with a special education license in another area Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a supportive educational role is highly valued Flexibility to assist across elementary, middle, or high school classrooms as needed Comfort or willingness to assist with basic healthcare tasks as directed by supervisory staff Strong interpersonal skills and patience, with a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere Readiness to start as soon as possible and serve for the duration of the assignment

What Youll Be Doing:

Providing hands-on support to students under the direction of a special education teacher Assisting with the implementation of academic accommodations, behavior plans, and daily classroom activities Supporting students social and emotional growth through encouragement and positive reinforcement Offering help with personal or basic health care needs as instructed Collaborating closely with teachers and school specialists to deliver an engaging, supportive learning environment Adapting to different grade levels within one innovative campus setting Immerse yourself in a close-knit educational environment and positively influence students daily experiences.
