This role focuses on working closely with early childhood caseloads, including PreK through 2nd grade, providing critical support to a small group of 1-3 students. The position offers a consistent schedule of 27.5 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday at 5.5 hours per day. Qualifications:

Valid Wisconsin Special Education Paraprofessional Certification (required) Previous experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children preferred Ability to follow teacher and specialist directions, adapting to student needs Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual, able to commit to the full assignment length

Key Responsibilities:
