Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children in the classroom
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Supervise and manage classroom assistants or aides
Assess the developmental needs of each child and create individualized learning plans
Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance classroom instruction
Experience:
Bachelor's or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare, preschool, or special education setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners.
