Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children in the classroom
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Supervise and manage classroom assistants or aides
• Assess the developmental needs of each child and create individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
• Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance classroom instruction

Experience:

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare, preschool, or special education setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners.
