Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching license/certification in Special Education (state requirements apply) Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching styles for individualized student support Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying exceptionalities Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
