Communicate proactively with students, staff, parents, and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities, adhering to school policies on parent-teacher communication. Follow mandated reporting laws and school policies to ensure student safety and well-being at all times. Experience Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with students and administrators. Experience working within school policy guidelines and understanding mandated reporting laws ensures compliance with legal requirements. Previous tutoring can be beneficial in fostering a nurturing classroom environment focused on individual student growth.
