Building Substitute
  • Weston High School Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily substitute coverage for classrooms
  • Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the teacher
  • Engage and interact with students in a positive and supportive manner
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain classroom management and discipline
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of childhood development and educational principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with students
