Building Substitute
Weston High School Responsibilities:
- Provide daily substitute coverage for classrooms
- Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the teacher
- Engage and interact with students in a positive and supportive manner
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain classroom management and discipline
Skills:
- Strong understanding of childhood development and educational principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with students
