Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and caring Substitute Teachers to support our classrooms on an as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in education, flexible work, or gaining experience in a Montessori setting.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with students in a safe and respectful manner Support lead teachers and follow classroom routines Maintain a calm, positive learning environment Assist with classroom activities and transitions Ensure the well-being of all students at all times

Qualifications:

Experience working with children preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and flexible Ability to follow directions and adapt to different age groups (12 months-12 years) Background check required
