Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Substitute Teachers on Call to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere for all students. Support students' social, emotional, and developmental needs through effective childcare practices.. Organize classroom activities that promote literacy, creative writing, math skills, and early childhood education principles. Communicate effectively with students and staff to ensure smooth classroom operations. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners.
