Overview:

Capstone is growing and we are seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our team as we expand. This position will have an opportunity to transition into a full-time lead teacher position for the Fall 2026 at $45K to $50K depending on credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

Substitute for ALL subjects. Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan and implement lesson plans. Monitor student progress and assist with assessments. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively across multiple rooms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (required). Valid state teaching certification (preferred). Experience in elementary and/or middle school teaching (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong classroom management skills Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and student needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
