Sep 21, 2026 Job Description Essex North Shore is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Teacher in English to cover a staff member's leave of absence. This position will span from September 21, 2026, through December 21, 2026.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related humanities field. Previous teaching experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of proficiency with technology. Bilingual candidates are preferred. CORI, SORI, and SAFIS required.

Terms and Conditions of Employment:

Non-benefits-eligible, at-will position. Compensation is subject to the Superintendent's discretion in accordance with the School Committee's approved policies and procedures.
