Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Substitute Teacher Coordinator at Red Apple Group, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that schools have access to the qualified substitute teachers they need to maintain the continuity of education. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that classrooms are adequately staffed, and students receive quality education even when regular teachers are absent.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and effectively deliver instruction to students. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students. Implement curriculum development strategies to enhance student learning. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure student engagement and participation. Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular classroom teachers. Collaborate with other staff members to support student success.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Required:

At least 60 semester hours of satisfactory credit (grade 'C' or better) combined from one or more regionally accredited two- or four-year colleges or universities.

Required:

Daily substitute permit
