Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or similar setting preferred Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor Ability to follow teacher direction and implement individualized plans Flexibility to work with a variety of student needs and adapt to changing classroom dynamics Paraprofessional certification, or willingness to obtain per local/state requirements

Key Responsibilities:
