Qualifications & Experience:

Paraprofessional experience in educational settings, preferably with K-8 students Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school environment Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families Demonstrated skills in classroom management and behavioral support Team-oriented mindset and a nurturing, patient approach

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities, providing instructional support Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning objectives Support students with academic, behavioral, or social needs as directed Prepare, organize, and manage educational materials and resources Help maintain a safe, orderly, and motivational learning atmosphere Participate in team meetings and collaborate on strategies to support student development Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures
